Georgia is a country located in the Caucasus region. Its location has resulted in a natural landscape and cultural diversity. This series of photographs is dedicated to one of the regions of Georgia, Adjara. More precisely, about the highland villages of this coastal region, most of which are located in the alpine zones. This region is also distinguished by the fact that Muslims and Christians have been living peacefully for many years. People still lead a nomadic lifestyle. Four months a year they climb the mountains and graze cattle. They cook unique dishes. Civilization has not yet fully entered here And in many places there is still no telephone service, let alone the Internet. Despite the fact that young people go to the pastures less often, large numbers of people still gather at the festivals and celebrate the days that each mountain has its own day. In winter, the pastures are empty.
